Please read the rules of living and staying on the territory of the Bear Mountain complex, compliance with which is an invaluable contribution of our guests to creating a harmonious atmosphere.

Check-in and check-out rules

  • Check-in time is after 13:00.
  • Departure time from the room - until 11:00.
  • Visiting hours for outside guests - from 9:00 to 23:00. To do this, you must register a visit with the hotel administrator.
  • Check-in takes place after full payment for the entire stay. Accommodation for children under 5 years (together with adults) without extra bed in the room, free.
  • The number is provided upon presentation of an identity document.
  • As soon as you check in, find out your parking space from the administration.
  • Inform the hotel if you find any defects in equipment, faults in the power supply, heating and water supply systems.
  • Before making an eviction, check the safe and leave it open.
  • When leaving the hotel, be sure to hand over the key to the administrator.
  • The hotel reserves the right to check the room when guests leave.

Stay in the complex

  • Video surveillance is conducted on the territory of the complex (except for toilets and rooms).
  • Leave valuables, documents in the safes of your room. For things left unattended, the administration is not responsible.
  • Do not leave children under 16 in the complex unattended.
  • Treat the people in the adjoining rooms with respect. Between 22:00 and 7:00, turn down the volume of the TV, avoid loud conversations and noise.
  • When leaving the room, be sure to turn off the taps, turn off the lights, air conditioning and other appliances.
  • Take care of the property and equipment of the complex. In case of damage, theft of property or equipment, it is necessary to reimburse their value in accordance with the price provided by the administration.

In extreme situations

  • Follow fire safety rules. In the event of a fire alarm, keep calm and leave the room, following the evacuation plan.
  • If the lights suddenly disappear in the complex, use the flashlight that is in each room.

Reasons for refusal of settlement or termination of residence

  • Guests stay after the end of the paid stay.
  • If a guest repeatedly violates the rules of stay in the hotel or on the territory of the complex, which leads to material damage or creates inconvenience for the comfortable stay of other residents, the hotel has the right to deny him accommodation or terminate accommodation (eviction).
  • We also refuse to provide services to guests who are intoxicated with alcohol or drugs.

It is forbidden

  • Transfer the room keys to third parties.
  • Keep animals, birds, reptiles, etc. in the room.
  • Store items that are easily engaged, explosives, toxic materials, drugs, mercury, weapons.
  • Use electrical appliances in the room (except permitted).
  • Move furniture without the consent of the administration.
  • Smoking in the room, lobby, premises of the complex and places not intended for this purpose.
  • Show aggression or actions that endanger the safety, health or property of others.
  • Bring or eat watermelons, melons, fish, meat, smoked meats and other foods that can damage the property.
  • Dry ski equipment and clothes on batteries in the room.
  • Dry mushrooms, berries and fruits in the room.
  • Use pyrotechnics and sparklers in the room or on the premises without the consent of the administration.
